Opportunities To create a new part of Ealing with high quality residential and new employment uses. The area is well served by North Acton station (Central Line) and the A40, both of which provide direct access to London. The council is proactively encouraging partnerships among the landowners to ensure new developments complement each other and provide high quality open space and amenities. Berkeley First are already seeking to develop new student accommodation in the area.
