Ealing Council is selling an exciting conversion and new build opportunity for residential or other town centre uses. Acton Town Hall, located in the heart of Acton town centre, London, is offered for sale with a 250-year lease. The Grade II listed building is arranged over three floors and offers approximately 5,000 sqm of space.
