Opportunities expand with eight housing estates up for regeneration
There are plenty of opportunities for potential developers right across Ealing at the moment with proposals for regeneration of eight council estates within the borough. Work is already in progress. Each of the estates are at different stages of development with Ealing Council leading an exciting investment and regeneration programme to transform many of its homes, estates and neighbourhoods. These eight estates are:
- Allen Court
- Copley Close in Hanwell
- Green Man Lane in West Ealing
- Havelock estate in Southall
- Rectory Park in Northolt
- Sherwood Close (also known as Dean Gardens) in West Ealing
- Golf Links estate in Greenford
- South Acton estate in Acton
