British Land announces new Storey lettings in Ealing

Storey, British Land’s new flexible workspace brand, has announced new lettings at its Ealing Broadway offices at International House, W5.

The new tenants to take up residence at the flexible, well-designed campus are AP&A, marine technical services company, REED Specialist Recruitment, and Mediability, a Scandinavian service provider to the broadcaster media industry. The three companies have together taken 2,500 sq ft of office space.

Why have they moved west? As Storey itself says on its website, “Shopping, dining, travelling… it’s all happening in Ealing. You’ll find more than 80 popular high street retailers and restaurants here, in the award-winning Ealing Broadway Centre, right next to International House.

“And (Ealing’s) stunningly well-connected, by road, rail, tube and soon, the Elizabeth Line. So it’s easy to get to the rest of London, the whole country, and (via Heathrow) the world.”

Storey was established in June 2017 to meet the space and service needs of innovative businesses that have outgrown co-working space, as well as larger organisations seeking additional space on flexible terms.

Storey’s success so far means that it is rapidly becoming a key component of British Land’s unique campus offer which provides unrivalled access to high-quality amenities combined with an evolving mix of retail and leisure, and a wide-ranging programme of events.

Tim Roberts, Head of Offices at British Land, said “We have seen strong interest in Storey since its launch last year; it is testament to the quality of the offer that these innovative businesses have chosen to take space with Storey.

Storey adds to Ealing borough’s growing portfolio of flexible work hubs which include The Collective’s Co-Living, Redwire’s BoomZone and the soon to be launched The Works, in west Ealing.
